Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered your deposit amount at least once. Deposits made to claim a bonus are subject to the wagering requirements of that specific bonus before withdrawal is permitted. Most bonuses on 6rwin carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion. Bets placed on different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements — this is also stated per promotion.
6rwin takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of winnings:
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
Each game available on 6rwin operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.
All non-live games on 6rwin use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. These systems are regularly tested to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel.
Live games — including Kalaka Bingo — use real-time draw systems conducted by trained hosts. Results are final once the draw is completed and confirmed on screen. Technical issues that prevent a draw from completing will result in the round being voided and all bets refunded.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the player. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, 6rwin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6rwin platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
6rwin actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for prohibited behaviour will be suspended pending investigation. Funds in suspended accounts will be held until the investigation is complete.
6rwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 6rwin will attempt to contact you via your registered email before applying a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 to cover administrative costs. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.
